We offer a Lifetime Exchange on all purchases made from Swarnim Gold & Diamonds. Products, along with their original product certificate, can only be exchanged at the current market value, with deductions towards making charges and taxes. If you received a discount or free gift during your purchase, the original discount amount or free gift value will be deducted from the exchange value. Alternatively, you may choose to return the free gift as well.

PLAIN GOLD JEWELLERY:

● 100% value of current gold rate

DIAMOND JEWELLERY:

● 100% of gold value at the current market gold rate. ● 90% of diamond value at the billed rate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Original Product Certificate: ○ Loss of the original product certificate will result in a deduction of ₹1000 for Diamond Jewellery and ₹500 for Gold Jewellery. 2. Exchange Eligibility: ○ Diamond jewellery can only be exchanged against new Diamond Jewellery. ○ Products purchased outside Swarnim stores are not eligible for 100% exchange. 3. 7-Day Exchange Policy: ○ No deduction of making charges and taxes if the product is exchanged within 7 days of purchase. 4. Damaged or Broken Products: ○ Products that are damaged or broken at the time of exchange will not be accepted under the exchange policy. 5. Exchange Value Adjustment: ○ The value of the exchanged product, after deductions for making charges, taxes, and discounts, will be adjusted against the new product(s) ordered. 6. Altered Jewellery: ○ Jewellery showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Swarnim will not be eligible for a 100% exchange. 7. Custom-Made or Special-Order Jewellery: ○ Custom-made, s

REFUND POLICY

1. Advance Payments: ○ Any advance payments made for jewellery bookings will not be refunded. 2. Refund Eligibility: ○ Refunds will be processed only in exceptional cases and solely at the discretion of Swarnim Gold & Diamonds management. ○ Refunds, if approved, will be subject to deductions for making charges, taxes, discounts, and free gift values, even if returned within 7 days of the purchase date. 3. Refund for Gold Jewellery: ○ Refunds for Gold Jewellery, if approved, will be subject to a 3% tax deduction from the total metal amount, calculated at the current market gold rate, if returned after 7 days of the purchase date. 4. Original Product Certificate: ○ The original product certificate must be provided for processing refunds. ○ Failure to return the original product certificate will result in a deduction of ₹500 for Gold Jewellery. 5. RETURN POLICY:

1. Products purchased from Swarnim Gold & Diamonds retail stores can only be exchanged for 100% value, including making charges and taxes (excluding discounts or free gifts) if exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. 2. For exchanges after 7 days, deductions will be applied for taxes and making charges. 3. No refunds or returns will be applicable for custom-made, special-order, or altered jewellery.
